In short: we only collect what we need to make and deliver your video. This website uses no cookies and no tracking. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments; we never see card details.
What we collect
- Your public work. Photos and details you've posted publicly (such as on Instagram), which we may use to make a preview for you.
- What you send us. Messages, photos, your logo and handle, and your email if you contact us or buy.
- Payment details. Collected and processed by Dodo Payments. We receive your name, email, country and what you bought, not your card number.
- Website visits. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We don't use cookies, analytics trackers or ads.
How we use it
- to make your preview and your video, and to send you the files
- to reply to you and handle changes, support and refunds
- to keep records needed for tax and accounting
How long we keep it
Unsold previews: deleted after 90 calendar days, or sooner if you ask. Project files for videos you've bought: kept for 12 months so you can re-download or request changes. Payment records: kept as long as tax law requires.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make this work: Dodo Payments (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting) and the storage service we use to send your download link. We never sell your data.
Your choices
