Who we are

MockMuse is a motion design studio run by Borsez (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the videos and other work we make for you (“you”) and your use of this website.

Prices and payment

For custom work, we agree the price, what's included and the timing with you before we start.

Online payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who act as the seller of record for the transaction: they process your card, add any sales tax that applies, and email your receipt. We never see your card details.

What you can do with the video

Once you've paid, you can use the video to promote yourself or your business, for as long as you like:

• post it on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook or any other platform, including stories and reels
• use it on your website, in ads and in boosted posts
• trim it or add captions on the platforms you post to

You can't resell the video or pass it off as your own design work. The soundtrack is licensed for your video and may be used with it in all of the above. If a platform flags the music (for example a YouTube Content ID claim), tell us and we'll swap the track or send you a cleared version.

Your work stays yours

You keep all rights to your artwork and photos. By sending us photos, or buying a video made from your posts, you confirm the work is yours to use. We never use AI to redraw or alter your artwork; we light, move and frame your real photos. Supporting graphics, such as backgrounds, textures or decorative elements, may be made with the help of AI tools.

With your permission, we'd love to show finished videos in our portfolio and on our social media, credited to you. We always ask first.

Our responsibility

We make every video carefully and fix anything that's wrong with the files we deliver. Beyond that, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Platforms like Instagram decide how videos are shown and compressed; we can't control reach, views or results.

Preview offers

Sometimes we make a reel from an artist's public work, such as their Instagram, and send it to them as a watermarked preview, with a private page showing the price and options: that reel on its own, or a pack of 3 (that reel plus 2 more made from their work). If we've sent you a preview, this section is for you.

Days. Unless we say otherwise, days in this section are business days (Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays).

Previews. Previews carry a watermark and are for you to watch and decide, not to post. If you don't want the video, tell us and we'll delete the preview and won't use your work. We delete unsold previews after 90 calendar days anyway.

What you can buy. Your page shows the price before you pay. You can buy the reel you previewed on its own, or a pack of 3: that finished reel plus 2 new reels made after you pay, in styles you pick from our sample reel, usually with 3 of your photos per reel (up to 9 in total). We start the 2 new reels once their styles and photos are confirmed, and we message you when we do. If you'd rather we choose, or we don't hear from you within two business days of payment, we pick 2 styles that suit your work, use photos from your Instagram, message you and start; that counts as confirmation.

Delivery. We send your files as a download link to the email you paid with: the reel you previewed within one business day of payment; for a pack, the other two within 3–5 business days of their styles and photos being confirmed. Each reel comes as a full-resolution video (1080×1920) with sound and a silent version.

Changes. Each reel includes one round of changes: one list of changes sent together, as listed on your page (for example different words, a different soundtrack from our set, or different photos in the same slots). Bigger changes, such as extra tattoos, extra formats or more rounds, are priced on your page or quoted before we start. We only charge for extras you've agreed to. Send your changes within 10 business days of delivery; we return the new version within 2 business days.

Final files. Finals carry no watermark and no MockMuse credit. A tag to @mockmuse.studio is appreciated but never required. Source and project files aren't included. The styles are our own designs, used for other artists too: your reel is made from your work, but the style isn't exclusive.

Changes to these terms
